NVIDIA Events & Marketing

  • Spearheaded the planning and execution of multiple high-impact events for NVIDIA and strategic partners, managing budgets ranging from $5K to $15K. The events were designed to support key campaign objectives, including lead generation and brand awareness. Responsibilities included overseeing venue selection, catering, logistics, event setups, and comprehensive planning. Additionally, I developed and implemented marketing funnel strategies, creating content across multiple touchpoints, such as pull-up banners, posters, flyers, social media posts, registration pages, and automated email campaigns.

    • Coordinating multiple vendors and logistics within tight timelines

    • Overseeing multiple moving parts while staying within budget and timeline

    • Delays in email responses and confirmations from venues and partners

    • Ensuring strong event turnout and audience interaction

    • Implemented a structured project timeline, maintained regular communication with internal and external teams, and developed contingency plans to address potential delays.

    • Used project management tools on Teams and Asuna to track progress, set clear deadlines, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

    • Developed targeted pre-event marketing campaigns, personalised email invitations, and interactive event elements to maximise engagement and post-event follow-ups.
